As 2025 comes to a close, I want to say thank you to everyone who's been part of this journey - my clients, friends, family, and everyone who's supported me. This year has been transformative, and I'm grateful for every conversation, referral, and opportunity.
We hit some incredible milestones - $40M in sales this year, bringing me to a quarter billion in career sales. My biggest transaction at $12M, surpassed 200 five-star reviews, brought on a new team member, and won the 35 under 35 award from San Diego Real Producers. But what I'm most proud of are the moments outside the deals - remodeling my mom's rental and one of my La Jolla units, acquiring a Sprinter/RV and dirt bike, applying for permits on my first ground-up construction project, hosting events at JRDN and my new La Jolla place, surfing Nicaragua for the first time, completing a men's group program, starting with a new life coach, attending Joe Dispenza's retreat for the second year, and hitting 9K followers on Instagram.
All of this happened because you believed in me. Whether you bought, sold, referred someone, or just showed up - you've been part of this. These relationships mean everything. I'm always just a call or text away, real estate or not.
Looking ahead to 2026, I'm more excited than ever. San Diego continues to be one of the best places to own property, and I'm committed to showing up for you in bigger ways. Thank you for letting me do what I love. Here's to an incredible year ahead.
